What you can count on
Your accounts stay yours
Domains, email, websites and licences are registered in your name. We use our own named admin login, never shared passwords, and you can remove our access at any time.
Two-step sign-in as standard
Every admin account we set up or use is protected with two-step sign-in.
Written scope first
A written scope and quote is provided before any work begins. If the scope changes, we agree the change in writing before doing it.
Changes are documented
We record what we change, so you or another provider can pick up where we left off.
Honest reports
Reports state what we could access and verify, and what we couldn't check. They're a point-in-time view to guide your decisions, not a guarantee of security or backup recovery.
No conflicts of interest
We don't sell hardware or take commissions on tools, so our advice isn't tied to a sale.
Your information
We only use your details to deliver the work you asked for. Our privacy policy explains more.
Tested and handed over
Work is tested against the agreed scope and handed over with documentation. If something we delivered doesn't work as agreed, we fix it. New requirements and third-party failures are quoted as new work.
Clear limits
No 24/7 monitoring or emergency response unless a separate agreement says so. Travel and cancellation terms are set out in each quote.

What happens to your access when a job ends?
You can remove it at any time, or ask us to, and we'll confirm when it's done.
Do you store our passwords?
No. We use our own named login with two-step sign-in, so you never need to share yours.
