Common questions
Do you supply the hardware?
No. You supply hardware and licences, so there's no markup. We stage, install and configure them.
Can you work to our internal standards?
Yes. We follow your runbooks, naming, change process and documentation templates.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes, when it's planned. Out-of-hours windows are agreed and quoted in advance.
Have a project at an Australian site?
A written scope and quote is provided before any work begins.
