What we do on site
- Office and studio setups for new or moving premises: desks, workstations, screens and docks, shared storage, network and Wi-Fi
- Server rack tidy-ups, fit-outs, patch panel labelling and cable management
- Firewall, switch, router, server and storage deployments
- Network and hardware installs, fixes and upgrades
- Laptop and network hardware staging, imaging and Intune enrolment
- Office, studio and equipment moves, store openings and multi-site rollouts
- Projects in other cities and remote locations, by arrangement

Coverage
Where we work
Sydney, within 60 km
$649 + GST for the first 3 hours, travel included. Extra time $195 + GST an hour, with approval. At least 24 hours' notice.
Regional NSW and interstate
Quoted to the job. Travel and accommodation itemised. At least 7 days' notice.
After-hours and urgent
1.5× the standard rate, by agreement and subject to availability.

Common questions
Do you set up offices and studios?
Yes. We set up desks, workstations, screens, shared storage, network and Wi-Fi for new, expanding or relocating offices and studios, planned around your move and documented at handover. New structured cabling, electrical and building work are arranged separately with licensed trades.
Do you work outside Sydney?
Yes. Remote work runs anywhere in Australia. Standard on-site visits cover Sydney within 60 km of the CBD; regional NSW, interstate and remote-location work is planned and quoted with travel itemised.
Do you work with MSPs and enterprise teams?
Yes. We provide on-site and project engineering for MSPs, IT teams and enterprises, from installs and cutovers to temporary technical resource.
Can you come out urgently?
Sometimes, by agreement and subject to availability; it's never guaranteed. Planned bookings are the default: at least 24 hours' notice in Sydney and 7 days for regional or interstate work. Urgent and after-hours work is charged at 1.5× the standard rate.
