I started ByteSewa because small businesses deserve the same careful setup that larger companies pay IT teams for. Byte is for technology. Sewa means service in Nepali.
Why I do this
I work as an IT engineer for businesses across Sydney: networks, firewalls, sign-in and security, and day-to-day support. I see what happens when a small business's tech is set up in a hurry: email that lands in spam, a website nobody can update, and accounts tied to someone who left years ago.
